A pleasant working atmosphere is for us a crucial success factor. It is therefore one of our most important tasks to create optimal conditions for our employees to develop creativity, motivation and engagement. We pursue a family-oriented personnel policy and assist our employees in bringing professional engagement and personnel life planning into accordance. This is, of course, not only applicable for employees who have family duties.
In this way, it is possible to combine the interests of our company with the needs of our clients and the concerncs of our employees.
Our measures range from flexible work time models, financial grants for kindergarden and health promotion services through to offers such as child care, support in finding an accomodation and many more.

In 2002, INOSOFT was certified as family friendly company by the berufundfamilie® gGmbH as one of the first information technology companies. Since this time, we have achieved a first class position in the matter of work-life balance.
In June 2015, we received the certificate for the Audit berufundfamilie® for the fifth time.
In order to continue this successful way, we have updated our catalogue of measures for the upcoming three years with regard to the renewed auditing. We concentrate on building up a family friendly management culture taking care to broadly inform about the existing possibilities and how to make use of them.
Support of an active fatherhood
For the support of an active fatherhood it is particularly important to inform comprehensively about the possibilities of parent and family time. We have achieved a high acceptance of this subject by best practice examples of male managers taking paternity leave. There are no standard solutions for paternity leave. What is needed are flexible solutions that take into account the concerns of all affected persons (part-time work, mobile workplaces, home office, etc.).
