When it came to organizing this year's annual general meeting of INOSOFT AG, it became quickly clear that a virtual event was out of the question. After four months in the home office and digital communication throughout, another form of event was needed, and so the Annual General Meeting 2020 was moved to the INOSOFT Garden.
Against the background of the overall economic situation and the current situation in the industry, INOSOFT AG was able to further consolidate its market position. Likewise, despite the aggressive price policy of well-known competitors, the daily rate could be increased in part - due to the recognized competence.
After the detailed reports of the three members of the Management Board Thomas Winzer (CEO), Karin Batz (CFO) and Markus Schwalm (COO), the proposal for the use of profits was unanimously accepted by the shareholders. The actions of the Management Board and Supervisory Board were also unanimously approved.
