At the end of the year, INOSOFT celebrates a special event over two days: the INOSOFT playground. It offers our employees a unique opportunity to work, experiment, and learn outside the usual project framework.
What makes it special is the freedom it offers: as a project-driven service provider, we create a space here where there is no pressure to perform. Employees can give free rein to their creativity, experiment, and even accept failure.
The topics are suggested and prepared by the employees themselves. The format encourages thinking outside the box and learning new methods of acquiring knowledge.
The value of such freedom is primarily reflected in internal successes that strengthen our corporate culture and innovation skills in the long term.
