In this episode, we highlight the innovative AI-supported software system DokPro, which we developed on behalf of the Marburg University Hospital (UKGM) to relieve the burden on the central emergency room. At the heart of the system is a decision tree that captures all relevant information. This is supplemented by sensors for measuring vital signs and an avatar for human-like interaction that questions patients. All collected parameters and responses are compiled into a structured report that goes far beyond the anamneses often produced under time pressure and supports doctors in making their final diagnosis.
