We have deliberately decided against the use of an automated or AI-driven chat system, with us people sit on the other side of the live chat and take care of the concerns of visitors: If a question goes in, it is forwarded to all members of the support team and answered immediately.
Asking questions anonymously is often easier for many interested parties as an introduction than calling. At the same time, we are very curious to find out whether and how this service is accepted.
