It links OneDrive, SharePoint, FileShare or Veeva Vault via dedicated or generic connectors, gathers documents and metadata on schedules, stores them structured in MongoDB, and runs them through a pipeline of conversion, annotation, text extraction, and semantic chunking. The result: chunks ready for a language model to consume directly.
Particularly in pharma - Veeva Vault, SharePoint structures with their own logic - the connection is often the real work. We have already done it, and packaged it into a modular system that can be extended rather than rebuilt every time.
