The ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook) is the system where experiments are documented and research data is consolidated. Its value depends on whether the data arrives there completely, structured and in the right form — and on whether scientists can actually work with it. That is exactly where we come in: bridging lab hardware and lab software, structuring data capture, and operating the system over the long term. ELN systems operation & architecture
IDBS e-Workbook on-premise, SaaS or hybrid — we take technical responsibility. Release planning, architecture, interfaces to adjacent lab systems, plus business administration (configuration, catalogs) and SME support for power users.
Spreadsheets & structured data capture
ELN spreadsheets bridge the gap between free experimental write-up and structured data. We design, develop and administer them across the full lifecycle — including testing, migration and functional enhancements. Focus: assay and sample management processes.
Instrument connectivity & data flows
Smart Data Cockpit (SDC) connects lab instruments to the Lab Data Repository (e.g. TetraScience). Raw data is harmonised, audit trails are generated, standardised reports are produced. We handle integration, change management, validation and ongoing configuration of the data flows.
Reporting & dashboards for ELN data
Getting data into the ELN is one half — making it analysable is the other. We build dashboards and reporting solutions that aggregate experimental results, make them visible and connect them to adjacent analytics platforms.
