With full Batteries and fresh ideas in 2026
The INOSOFT playground is the heart of our innovation culture.
The playground is our special format, in which all INOSOFTies break out of everyday project life for two days in order to deal with completely new technologies or 'crazy' ideas without time and result pressure.“
At the end of the year 2025, it was once again: projects off, joy of experimentation! Based on suggestions from the workforce, a creative 'playground' was created, on which everyone could try out new things to their heart's content.
Everyone was free to decide which topic they wanted to deal with - without any rigid time specifications for the individual stations. From the creation of custom visuals for Power BI to tests of the AI tool n8n to the construction of presence displays, a diverse program had come together.
The atmosphere was great and it was great to see how much passion everyone was doing.
Why do we do this? Because real innovation needs courage to make mistakes - and the playground is our space for it. What starts today as a playful experiment, tomorrow may be the solution to a complex customer problem. We are computer scientists out of passion, and nothing motivates more than to get your own idea to work.
Because we are convinced: Only those who take the luxury of thinking sideways can develop solutions for their customers that are really one step ahead.
